I'm a Hangout Host and interactive news anchor for KOMU-TV. A news buoy, I float between platforms. Host of U_News @ 11, an interactive conversation about "U" and today's news. KOMU was first news team to use a G+ Hangout during a newscast. I report for a feature franchise called "Sarah's Stories". I run, collect African art and play practical jokes.  Don't eat my powdered donuts. I like to color outside the lines of TV news and teach others how to use their crayons at the Missouri School of Journalism. I've covered the aftermath of the 2004 Tsunami in Sri Lanka and Indonesia as well as Hurricane Katrina.  I enjoy producing documentaries on global poverty.
