I was introduced to Meditation and Shamanic traditions at a very young age. 

A very close friend at the age of 12 handed me a book about meditation and just by accident I  discovered that I was doing shaman journey work and working with animal guides completely unknown to me at the time.

In my late teens my close friend that had guided me and opened so many doors happened to be in a very tragic industrial accident and caused his death at the age of 19 only after painfully hanging on to life for 2 weeks after the accident and reaching his 19th birthday.

 After that I had the very unique experience to be surrounded by a very strong spiritual presence the whole year after his death, it was literally like he was still with me and helping me and guiding me.

To have that at the age of 16 really changed the way I view reality. I have seen things and experienced things that many people would not consider normal or very much outside the box.

Over the course of my life I have had many loved ones and close people in my life die and each one has invoked a whole new level of spirituality.

I am deeply great full for this and the love and friend ships I have shared from these experiences.

In the last few years I have established and stared practicing energy work doing Reiki and Tai-chi, Chi gung guided meditations, Crystal healing and Shamanic practices.

I am currently volunteering at Hospice doing what is referred to as a comforting companion sitting and keeping company or being a caring pressense in the room with people that are close to death and have no one or just to give families a break
