“I finished today's training with things feeling a bit unfinished, so I ran a 5k, 3.1 miles after my training. 5 minutes jump rope, 3 rnds heavybag, 3 rnds double end bag, 3 rnds shadow boxing, 5 sets pullups, 5 sets plyo pushups, 5 sets crunches, 5 sets leg raises, 3 sets dips, 10 minutes jump rope, then 3.1 miles. Feeling freakin good! ”
