“Interesting. I have my Chromebook open as well as my Mac Mini. G+ open in both. If I refresh stream on Chromebook it doesn't refresh the stream on the Mac. And vice versa. Yet Hangouts text refreshes on both. IMO your G+ streams should refresh cross device platform. ”
