“…State Department stating that to renew her student VISA, she will have to resubmit all of her original paperwork, re-take her physical exams, submit blood tests and proof of vaccinations again. This is old school! Apparently the immigration delays are related to this reform bill before congress. Of course my story is anecdotal. This is only three students… ”
